Note: This Refund Policy is mandatory for our Razorpay payment gateway integration and is in compliance with the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products:
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund
In cases where you have not yet accessed the digital product, a refund may be considered at our discretion if requested within 24 hours of purchase
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (if programme has not commenced): Full refund
Cancellation after 24 hours but before programme start: 50% refund
Cancellation after programme has commenced: No refund
If a programme is cancelled or significantly altered by us, you will receive a full refund
No refund will be issued for non-participation or incomplete participation in a programme you enrolled in
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling at your option
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: 50% refund or one-time rescheduling
No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice): No refund
Cancellations by us: Full refund or rescheduling at your option
Cancellation 7 or more days before the event: Full refund
Cancellation 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event: No refund
If the event is cancelled by us: Full refund to all registered participants
Recordings (if provided) are non-transferable and non-refundable once shared
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; no refund for the current billing period
Annual subscriptions: Refund of unused months (from the cancellation date) may be issued at our discretion after a 30-day minimum usage period
To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible time window with the following information:
Full name and registered email address
Order ID or payment reference number (from your Razorpay receipt)
Service or product name
Reason for refund request

Refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 3–5 business days
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Razorpay may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
Total time from approval to credit: 7–10 business days
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Transaction fees or convenience fees charged by Razorpay
Services fully rendered or completed
Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
Customised or personalised wellness plans already delivered
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide transaction evidence to Razorpay and the relevant financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of your access to our services.
We understand life can be unpredictable. In cases of genuine medical emergencies or exceptional personal circumstances, please contact us directly. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
